PHYLLIS E. BROWN is a founder of Brown Law Firm. She was part of the lead counsel team representing the class in the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae accounting fraud securities class action litigations that settled for $410 million, one of the largest of all federal securities class actions. She also represented a principal investor in the Kenwood Tower Place litigation, one of the largest commercial cases ever filed in Hamilton County, Ohio.

Phyllis was lead counsel representing a whistleblower in a false claims act case, which resulted in the largest settlement at the time of any case in which the United States Government declined to intervene, U.S. ex rel. Watt v. Fluor Daniel Corporation (S.D. Ohio).

Phyllis was part of the lead counsel team representing the class in the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae accounting fraud securities class action litigations.
